Lucienne Capdevielle (1885-1961) – Romania
French, 19th – 20th century, female. Born 1885, in Algiers; died 1961. Lucienne Capdevielle was a pupil of Georges Rochegrosse, Léon Cauvy and Paul Albert Laurens at he prestigious École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts. . She was a member of the Société du Salon des Artistes Français, securing an honourable mention in 1925. She also showed her work at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants.
