Ferenc Gaal (1891-1956) attended art school in Budapest. The Hungarian master can be counted among the impressionist painters of landscapes and cityscapes including many park scenes. Atmosphere, light, colorful park visitors, it became his specialty. Consequently, many beautiful works were devoted to this subject, different in design and perspective. Ferenc Gaal traveled to France, Italy and Germany, among other places. In the early 1950s he left for America where he also died.
